I have read Google webmaster tools guidelines like everyone else and this looks like cloaking to me. It is a landing page that does not exist with a subdomain that is re-directed to internal page hmm cloaking you be the judge
Be interested to see if Yahoo or Google respond to this
If this cloaking will Google ban Yahoo like everyone else or penalise their site ?
